Project Overview				    			    

The purpose of the study is to provide a comprehensive plan that will explore potential strategies to improve the look and feel of Rogers Street from Kirkwood Avenue to roughly Hillside Drive. The project will include streetscape design elements within the public right-of-way such as landscape features, street lighting, signage, pedestrian and alternative transportation improvements. The goal is to design these elements in a way that will create identity and a sense of place along the Rogers Street corridor. The plan that is developed will serve as a roadmap for future public and private investments along the corridor.
